Please read these Terms before using the services or placing an order. By using the services or submitting an order, you agree to the applicable Terms to the extent an agreement is formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not place an order or use services that require acceptance.

Availability and product options may change. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you about the affected purchase. Changes to future listings do not automatically change an order already agreed with you.

Prices and available currencies are displayed on the website or at checkout. Prices may change before you submit an order. Review your products, quantities, selected options, and total before completing payment.

Shipping charges, taxes, and duties collected by us are shown at checkout as applicable. Your bank, payment provider, or destination authority may impose additional currency-conversion, transaction, import, or local charges.

Use only the payment methods offered through the official Livvira checkout. Provide accurate billing details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Never send complete card numbers or security codes through email or customer support.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. Orders are subject to availability, payment validation, and acceptance. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily confirm final acceptance.

If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled because of stock availability, a significant listing error, payment failure, a reasonable fraud concern, delivery limitations, or a legal restriction, we will contact you. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement.

If we cancel a paid order, the amount paid for the canceled purchase will be refunded to the original payment method. Contact us promptly if you want to change or cancel an order; requests may no longer be possible once processing begins. Applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights remain available.

Our Shipping Policy explains order processing, estimated transit times, tracking, delivery addresses, customs charges, and help with delayed or missing packages. Processing and transit are separate stages; estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

If we offer promotions, discount codes, bundles, giveaways, or gift cards, the relevant offer may have additional conditions. These can include eligible products, dates, minimum purchase amounts, or usage limits, as stated with the offer.

Unless the offer says otherwise, discounts cannot be combined or applied to an earlier order. Any rules on cash redemption, transfers, expiration, or gift-card balances are subject to applicable law. Read the stated conditions before participating.

Please use the website lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

The Livvira name, logos, website design, text, photographs, graphics, and other protected store content are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holders. Other names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may browse the store for personal shopping purposes and keep copies of your order information. Reproducing, republishing, selling, or otherwise exploiting protected content requires permission unless an applicable legal exception allows it. You retain ownership of content you create and submit.

If you submit content for publication, such as a review or photograph, you confirm that you have the right to share it. Reviews should reflect your honest experience. Disclose any relevant incentive or connection, such as a gift, discount, or employment relationship.

You retain ownership of your submission. For content you choose to submit publicly to the store, you give Livvira a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, display, and make necessary formatting changes for that publication. This does not authorize misleading changes or transfer your intellectual property rights.

Private support messages and order details are not covered by that public-content permission. Other promotional uses require appropriate permission. We do not prohibit or penalize honest negative reviews.

Our store uses Shopify and services involved in payments, delivery, and related store operations. The website may also link to independently operated websites. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy information.

We do not control the content or availability of independent third-party websites. This does not remove Livvira’s responsibility for the sale, fulfillment arrangements, or other obligations for which we are responsible under applicable law. We work to keep the store available, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems, or security reasons. We cannot promise that the website will operate without interruption or that every error will be corrected immediately.
