Scope of this Privacy Policy
This policy describes personal information collected through the Livvira online store at livvira.com, checkout, customer support, email subscriptions, and related services that link to this policy. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Livvira.
It covers information about people who browse our store, make a purchase, contact us, or interact with our communications. Third-party services may also process information under their own privacy policies. For privacy questions, email support@livvira.com or use our Contact Us page.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. Your name, contact details, billing and shipping addresses, account details, order selections, and messages you send to customer support.
- Payment and transaction information. Payments are handled through the options shown at checkout. We receive information needed to manage your order, which may include payment status, billing details, payment method type, and limited transaction metadata. Do not send full card numbers or security codes through customer support.
- Device and usage information. When you use the store, we and our service providers may receive IP addresses, browser and device details, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from technical information, and dates and times of access.
- Information from service providers. We may receive payment, delivery, fraud-prevention, and service information from Shopify and vendors involved in your order. We also receive advertising measurement information from Meta to understand the performance of our campaigns.
How we use personal information
- Process orders and payments, arrange fulfillment and delivery, and send order updates.
- Answer questions and manage returns, refunds, and other customer service requests.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the store and remember relevant preferences.
- Help detect fraud, misuse, security incidents, and other prohibited activity.
- Send service communications and marketing messages where permitted, including when you subscribe to our emails.
- Meet legal obligations, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and protect legal rights.
Where EEA or UK data-protection law applies, the basis for processing may be performing a contract with you, meeting legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the store, or consent where required. We rely on legitimate interests only where they are not overridden by your rights. Some contact and delivery details are needed to fulfill an order; without them, we may be unable to provide the requested service.
How we disclose information
We disclose personal information as needed to providers that help operate the store, such as hosting, payments, shipping and fulfillment, support, communications, security, and fraud prevention. We also disclose relevant advertising and measurement information to Meta, subject to applicable privacy choices and legal requirements.
We may also disclose information when you request or authorize it, when required by law or valid legal process, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or other business transfer.
Our relationship with Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify processes information to help provide the store and related services. Some Shopify services also involve processing for Shopify’s own purposes, as explained in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
For information about Shopify’s own processing and privacy choices, you can also visit the Shopify privacy portal.
Data retention & security
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. The period depends on factors such as your account or order relationship with us, transaction and tax-record requirements, support needs, disputes, security, and applicable legal obligations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
Your privacy rights & choices
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to:
- Request access to or information about the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information or delete information, subject to applicable exceptions.
- Receive a portable copy of information where that right applies.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
- Opt out of applicable sales, sharing, or targeted advertising, and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where the law provides this right.
- Appeal a request decision or complain to an appropriate privacy authority where applicable.
Email support@livvira.com or use our Contact Us page to submit a request. Describe what you would like us to do and provide the email address associated with your account or order. We may need to verify your identity and, where relevant, an authorized agent’s authority. We will respond within the applicable legal timeframe. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails. Service messages, such as order updates, may still be sent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Where EEA or UK law applies, you may complain to your local data-protection authority. UK residents can contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. You can contact us about a concern, but you do not have to do so before approaching an authority.
Notice for California residents
If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to our business and processing, California residents may have the rights to know, access, correct, and delete information; opt out of qualifying sales or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive non-discriminatory treatment when exercising their rights.
The information, purposes, sources, and recipient categories described above may include identifiers and contact details, order and commercial information, and internet or network activity. Advertising-related disclosures to Meta can fall within the law’s definitions of sale or sharing even when no money is exchanged.
To submit a privacy request, email support@livvira.com or use our Contact Us page. Legally recognized opt-out preference signals must be honored where required. Requests and any applicable exceptions will be assessed under the relevant law.
Children’s privacy
The store and checkout are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. This statement concerns use of the website and does not describe the age suitability of an individual craft kit.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review the information and take appropriate action. Other age-based protections apply where required by law.
International processing
Shopify and other providers may process or store information in countries other than your own. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live.
Where transfer restrictions apply, transfers must use a legally valid basis and any required safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards as appropriate. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your personal information.
Third-party links & services
Our store may contain links to third-party websites or offer services from external providers. Their privacy policies explain how they handle information when you use their services. We do not control their independent privacy or security practices.
Review the relevant provider’s privacy information before sharing information directly with it. This does not remove our responsibility for processing for which we are legally responsible.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy when our services, data practices, or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised version with an updated date and provide any additional notice or obtain consent where required.
Please review this page for the current explanation of how information is handled when you use Livvira.
